2. SMS Gateway
The main function of the SMS gateway to accept incoming reports via SMS and dial the report processing features into the database. Additional functions of SMS gateway is:
send a message to the members, individually or in group
capable of handling SMS more than 160 characters in length (long sms)
classify and filter incoming SMS
3. Database Reports
Database report serves to process incoming SMS in a way summarizing, adding compliance data, grouped by category or issue reports, location, and time.
Reports are processed can be divided into three categories, namely:
In the process: the process is still ongoing report
Archive: reports has been completed or is not relevant to proceed.
Release: reports that the process has been completed and the data can be accessed by the public
The release statements were shown with chart can see the accumulation of reports by category / issue, location, and time.
4. User Settings
SMS Application Monitoring distinguish users in three categories, namely the administrators, editors, and registered members.
Admin
Role in regulating the application, user activation, and manage SMS. Admin page equipped with members of the management functions, setting categories, regions, and groups.
Redaction
Role in processing incoming reports by way of summarizing, adding compliance data, segment the report by issue, region and time. Editors also play a role in setting the report archive and release the report.
Registered member (registered)
Role in delivering reports via SMS. Registered members can only access reports that have been released.
5. Backup, Import and Export Data
To support security, updating, and archiving of data, this application comes with import and export function in a spreadsheet format.
